Our signature white is naturally yeasted and fermented over 18hrs. Naturally yeasted breads are noted for their satin crumb, crisp crusts, great flavour and excellent keeping qualities.

A traditional white loaf made with a long fermentation (18hrs+) to develop flavour and aid digestibility, this is the yeasted version of our natural white.

- signature natural pain de campagne
French country bread made with naturally occurring yeasts. This loaf is also available as a long fermented lightly yeasted bread that contains just 0.3% of fresh yeast.

- light rye
White and dark rye flours combine to give a healthy loaf full of rye flavour and a just hint of malt. Also available as a naturally yeasted loaf.
